Let Us Help You
Richard Peacock formed Peacock Law Group of the Lowcountry, LLC in 2009 to help clients find unique solutions to their legal matters. We focus our law practice on the areas of family law, personal injury law, and criminal law and have many civil litigation clients. Our firm applies integrity, hard work, and commitment to each of our client’s legal matters. These values are deeply rooted in our faith, which we apply daily in our firm.
Peacock Law Group of the Lowcountry, LLC distinguishes itself from other firms in the area because we rely on our faith to drive the core values of our law firm. Our main guiding principal comes from the book of Proverbs (21:31) “The horse is prepared for the day of battle, but the victory belongs to the Lord” guides all of our decision making with clients, opposing counsel, and each other. We strive to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives and in our community as a whole.

Mr. Peacock’s truthfulness and honesty is apparent in all dealings. He believes in “seeing the world as it really is, not as you wish it to be.” By being honest and forthright he has earned an excellent reputation with clients, opposing counsel, and the South Carolina Bar.
“There are no moral shortcuts in the game of business or life. There are, basically, three kinds of people, the unsuccessful, the temporarily successful, and those who become and remain successful. The difference is character.”

The attorney/client relationship is essential to the success of any case. Our relationship must be based on mutual trust and respect. I’m not here to judge my clients or decide whether you are a good person. I am hired to represent you and your interests properly. Everything you tell me is privileged and confidential. When I was sworn into the South Carolina Bar in 2006 in my oath, I pledged faithfulness, competence, diligence, good judgment and prompt communication to my clients. Whatever your legal need I am ready to sit down with you and give you the guidance and advice you need to accomplish your goals.
